Construction adhesive designed for disposable hygiene products. With high peel strength, excellent initial bonding performance, slight odor,light color,etc. Suitable for bonding PE film and nonwoven.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES：

Composition: Synthetic Polymer

Softening point (Ring & Ball): approx. 86℃

Appearance: colorless transparent block

Toxicity: None

Viscosity (Brookfield):

@130℃ approx. 6,500 cps

@140℃ approx. 4,000 cps

@150℃ approx. 2,300 cps

@160℃ approx.1,700 cps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

The product can be applied by all standard roller, slot and nozzle applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 140℃ to

160℃, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions. Environment temperature during production process is

better above 10℃.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaging: 1kg wrapped with meltable film, 20KG/ CTN, or with release paper, 25KG/CTN.

Shelf life and Storage: 12 months in properly original packaging, dry and cool environment under 40℃.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not mix with other adhesives. Clean the applicator system thoroughly by paraffin or naphthenic oil before

using new adhesive.

Rotate stock-first in- first out. Fill adhesive more times with fewer amounts at each.

Material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and gloves should be used.

Keep containers and premelters covered to avoid contamination.

Regular maintenance on the applicator system is necessary lest residual adhesive causes contamination.

Operation temperature should not exceed 200℃. Keep plant ventilated and forbid any fire
